Huggies Diapers as low as $.02 a diaper

There is a deal going on right now on amazon.com for Huggies Diapers. I just ordered a 192 pack of Huggies Snug & Dry size 1-2 for my 3 month old. Guess how much I spent? $4.55! For the whole box! That comes out to about $.02 a diaper.
If you go to Passionate Penny Pincher, they have the steps to get this box for about $21.45. That comes out to about $.11 a diaper, which isn't bad either. Then I used a 20% off code from my Parenting Magazine PLUS a $10 off code from a different Parenting Magazine. This past month they were either giving 20% off diaper codes or $10 off a baby item. I was able to use both! And the best part is that they will be shipped to my door in about 2 to 3 days. Great New Site

There is a site I just found called thredUP. This site is a used clothes swapping site for kids. What you do is purchase a box of clothes (usually between 10-20 pieces per box) for $5+ shipping and when your ready, you can list a box of clothes for someone else. They will ship you the boxes to put your clothes in so you don't have to worry about that and you don't have to pay to ship it either.
They have all sizes for kids, boys and girls. I just signed up for the site a few days ago and they gave me a code for a FREE box. So click here and maybe you too might get a free box. What I heard is you must read the descriptions for each box. Some descriptions include pictures or you can request for pictures so you can see exactly what your getting. The more information about whats in the box, the better.

McDonalds $1 Calendars

McDonald's is selling their 2011 Calendars for $1. Back in December, they were giving them out when you purchase a $10 or more gift card. But since the year has started and some of the coupons are expiring, they are selling them. In the past I have noticed that some location would do that, and some won't. So I would call you location first to see if they are selling them. Each month, there are 3 coupons. 1 coupon is for a free McCafe beverage and they other 2 are a free item with a purchase of another item. The items differ by month. But there are some great coupons in there. So hurry now and see if they have any available before their all gone!

Also, it looks to me that there are some McDonald's also selling kids coupons for Valentines day. I have seen them sell those for Halloween and Christmas. I haven't seen these coupon pages at my local McDonald's, but maybe when you call, you can ask about these. There are 12 coupons on each page. They include

• 3 Free Apple Dippers
• 3 Free Apple Juice or Milk
• 3 Free Hamburgers
• 3 Free small Ice cream cones

Each page is $1. And remember, you have to be 12 and under to use these coupons so these would be good to put into valentines cards for your kids.

So I stopped into Target today. I had to go to Hobby Lobby so I thought I would see if they had any good deals. This is one of the better deals I've gotten. I only spend $.41 OOP on these 3 items.

How do you organize your coupons?

I know this is a hot topic right now because couponing is on the rise. How do you organize your coupons? I use to have one of those small plastic dividing folder and just put the coupon into the corresponding category. Like juice coupons would go under refrigerator, and huggies would go under baby. But I want something more organized where I can see what I have instead of taking out all the coupons for that category and going through them to find the one that I want. Well I just invested in those baseball card holders. I found a pack at Target for $9.99 for 65 pages. I personally don't think I needed that many pages, so I called my mom up and we went half for the package. I plan on getting a zip binder soon. Right now I'm using my sons Toy Story binder. It doesn't zip so the first time I drop it and all the coupons fall out, I'm going to cry. I just put this together this weekend, so I haven't had a change to test run my new coupon system.
So, how do you organize your coupons? How does it work?

As most of you do, I love to get good deals. Most of us were inspired by the shower Extreme Couponing. Maybe we all don't want to be that extreme, but we do want to learn to save more. I have always loved to get good deals (Thanks to my mom). She has taught me to try and get something on sale as much as possible. But we are learning together about the coupon world. That is a whole new way to saving money.
So here I will post what deals I get during the week, or what good deals I see that you should take advantage of.
I live in Rosenberg which is in the Houston area of Texas. So if your in a different part of the US, you might not recognize some stores, or your prices might be different. To see if you can get any of these deals, check your local ads online or at the store.
